On The Pirate Bay, an anonymous commenter added:
"Funny when they came to Sydney, he was drunk on stage and sayd "sorry for the mix up, we have no copys of the new album for sale tonight, just go download it off the pireatebay" [1].
Which is awesome. And give me the feeling that some artists are living in the 21st with their fans [2] [3].
But what is even funnier is that there are some torrent on the Pirate Bay which are plagged with anti-piracy messages[4]. It's a common technic among music producers: they put fake torrents online with part of the song then messages to make you feel guilty.
In the end, if a pirate band suggests you to pirate its pirate music on the pirate bay, you will end with anti-piracy messages in your pirated pirate music.
I can't help but find that extremely ironic, funny and schizophrenic :-) »
