Much more than a blog!

In addition to an easy blog engine, Blogotext can save and share links, files and images to make them easilly accessible from everywhere. It can export data and import databases from XML (other Blogotext instances), Netscape’s links or Wordpress archives.

The others features are described in the page dedicated to the features to Blogotext.

PHP and SQLite

SQLite logo Blogotext uses PHP 5.2 and SQLite. SQLite is a Database Management System ultra easy to use with also greate performances and many internal features. SQLite is widely used, for example in Android, iOS and in many programs like Firefox or Opera, and much more.
If your web hosting provider doesn’t has SQLite, you can ask them to activate it (SQLite is part of the standard PHP 5.x installation, you only have to activate it).

The others libraries required by Blogotext are listed in the page required configuration.

An Open-source project

Creative commons logo Blogotext is an open-source software distribuated under the Creative Common-paternity-no commercial use (CC-BY-NC License).

The only thing I ask is that you give credits in the case you redistribuate the program.

Blogotext also includes some other libraries, that may have their own licenses.
